The owner of the beautiful blue Corvette decided he needs a company for his classic car and contacted me. He wanted a highly optioned pre-1973 Mustang convertible in top condition.
I started exploring the market. Meanwhile I came upon an Ebay listing with this wonderful, original, extremely low mileage Firebird Formula. Since I am into 77/78 Firebirds for quite some time, I decided to send it to him and see his reaction. He was impressed with the condition…
He was impressed with the condition and the design and requested more details. The car was in Los Angeles area, so I sent a good friend of mine to inspect it. He was amazed with its original condition and gave a positive feedback about the seller also.
After receiving the good news about the car, the Corvette owner decided that he wants it. After short negotiation with the seller we bought it. The car was transported from the west to the east coast in an enclosed trailer. After that it continued its way to Bulgaria together with the gorgeous green 1969 Mustang Mach 1 that I found a month later. When the Pontiac arrived in Bulgaria (10.2019) I was very pleased to see how original and unmolested it is. It has the 305 Chevy V8 engine and also has the rare Hurst t-tops. The car came with two sets of wheels – the original Pontiac Rally II wheels with the original tires! (one of them blown) and with another set of period correct Trans am WS6 wheels and new tires.
