This 1988 Trans am GTA is in excellent original condition and is a heavily optioned car: GTA package comes with the performance WS6 suspension, 9 bolt Borgwarner performance rear axle, the 16 inch alloys. Additionally the car has the 5.0 TPI engine that provides excellent performance for its age and very reasonable fuel economy. The car also has the desirable T-Tops and the rare digital dash which is in full working order. Add the great color combination burgundy and tan interior and you get one very special machine.
The car has a low mileage of 144 500 km for its age. It also has absolutely no rust. I was almost fully restored during the last 4 years. It has an overhauled engine, transmission and the differential were also serviced. The brakes and the suspension also were redone. Some of the new parts are: tires, body seals, coolant radiator, A/C compressor, water pump, brake hoses and pads, rear muffler, hood hinges and many others.
The engine and transmission work excellent. Only the A/C system is not hooked up yet. This should happen in the coming month.
The car was repainted in 2025.
It is currently registered with BG (EU) license plates.
The car is located in Sofia, just 15 min away from Sofia airport and can be viewed and inspected upon appointment.
